Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

How long does delivery take?

UAE: 7–12 business days. GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): 10–15 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders under AED 150 are charged a flat AED 30 shipping fee. Orders of AED 150 and above qualify for free shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not installed or modified

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Products that have been installed, used, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
