2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UAE: 5–12 business days
  • GCC Countries (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our store for current offers.

6. Customs & Import Duties
