DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you.

To report an issue:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

CHANGE OF MIND / NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Due to the nature of our international fulfillment, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective items, including:
• Change of mind or preference
• Incorrect size or fitment selected by the customer
• Color or style preference
• Items that don't match expectations when the product was accurately described

We strongly recommend:
• Carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and compatibility information
• Contact us before purchase if you have any questions
• Check vehicle fitment guides to ensure compatibility

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Opened, used, or installed products
• Items without original packaging and tags

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
Items damaged during shipping are fully covered. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours with photos to sales@tolesglobaltrading.com.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If we ship the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
