At Toles & Co., we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Rates
- Orders under AED 150: AED 30.00 shipping fee
- Orders AED 150 and above: FREE SHIPPING
Delivery Times (after processing)
- UAE: 7–12 business days
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): 10–15 business days
- Other International: 15–25 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
